- Report issue with wireless network (ex., WKU-Guest, WKU-Wireless, or WKU-Secure).
- Request fixed IP Address for non-printer device.
- Request new or report issue with data port.
- Request new network cable.
- Report issue registering game console or internet-ready device.
- Report issue with the outdoor emergency warning system.
- Campus Phone or Voice
- Activate or disconnect phone or fax line.
- Relocate phone or fax line.
- Request phone features or telephone accessories.

- Request new or report issue with Cisco Jabber.
- Report phone or voice issue.
- Update emergency notification system texts.
