How do WKU faculty, staff, and students complete a laptop reservation?
Environment
- Connect2 Laptop Reservation System
Resolution
- Navigate to https://toppertech.wku.edu/reservations/.
- Log in with your WKU Account and password.
- Select Reserve by Category.
- Choose the desired type of laptop: Dell Laptops or Apple MacBooks.
- Click Create Reservation for either an Apple MacBook or Dell Laptop.
- Specify Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
- By default, reservations have a duration of 7 days.
- Dell laptops and Macbooks can be reserved up to 16 weeks, or until the end of the semester.
- Reservations can only be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
- Click Next.
- Read Policies Agreement and check the check box at the bottom of the page to acknowledge the agreement.
- Click Next.
- Review pickup date, return date, and resources on verification page. If adjustments need to be made, click Back.
- Click Submit.
- The reservation is now confirmed. Reserved equipment can be picked up at the Technical Support Services window on the third floor of Jody Richards Hall during normal business hours.
