Cancelling an Existing Laptop Reservation


How do I cancel an existing laptop reservation with TopperTech?


  • Connect2 Laptop Reservation System


  1. Sign into your reservation account at  
  2. Select Active Reservation.  
  3. You will see your reservations under, Your Reservations.  Click on the Reservation Reference number (e.g. 123456).   
  4. Once you see your Resource Reservations, click the Cancel items link. 
  5. You will see the Cancel Reservations page.  Select your reservation and a reason for the cancellation.  
  6. Click Submit.  
  7. Click OK to confirm that you want to cancel your reservation
  8. You will receive a green confirmation message at the top of the page that your reservation has been canceled.
