Issue/Question
How do WKU faculty, staff, and students complete a laptop reservation?
Environment
Connect2 Laptop Reservation System
Resolution
Navigate to
https://toppertech.wku.edu/reservations/
.
Log in with your
WKU Account
and
password
.
Select
Reserve by Category
.
Choose the desired type of laptop:
Dell Laptops
or
Apple MacBooks
.
Click
Create Reservation
for either an Apple MacBook or Dell Laptop.
Specify
Start Date/Time
and
End Date/Time
.
By default, reservations have a duration of
7 days
.
Dell laptops and Macbooks can be reserved up to
16 weeks
, or until the end of the semester.
Reservations can only be made up to
4 weeks in advance
.
Click
Next
.
Read Policies Agreement and check the check box at the bottom of the page to acknowledge the agreement.
Click
Next
.
Review pickup date, return date, and resources on verification page. If adjustments need to be made, click
Back
.
Click
Submit
.
The reservation is now confirmed. Reserved equipment can be picked up at the Technical Support Services window on the third floor of Jody Richards Hall during normal business hours.
