How do I export my Blackboard course site?

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Blackboard Course Site in question.
   Note: You may need to select Past Courses from the Courses drop down menu centered at the top of the Courses page if the course you need is not within the current semester. 
2. In the Control Panel, select Packages and Utilities.
3. Click Export/Archive Course.
4. Click Export Package.
5. Scroll down to Select Course Materials section.
6. Click the Select All button or individually select which materials to include in the export package.
7. Click Submit.
8. When the course export package has been created, you will receive an email notification.
9. Return to Export/Archive Course.
10. Click on the course package File Name.
11. When prompted, choose a location on your computer to save the file.

Note: Exporting is different than archiving a course. Exports let you choose what sections of the course you want to back up, but do not contain student data. This means an export will not include student grades, test results, or assignment files.
