How do I log into Microsoft's Azure Education Hub to access Microsoft Project, Visio, and other instructional software?
Resolution
Access to Microsoft Project and Visio via this method is intended for
students (and instructors teaching Project or Visio) only. If you need to obtain a yearly subscription-based license for Microsoft Project or Visio for non-instructional use, please
submit a service request.
Obtaining Software
- Log into Microsoft Azure Education Hub using TopperMail account.
Note: If asked to complete Academic Verification, fill out form and click Verify academic status.
Note: If asked to agree to terms, check agree and click Verify academic status and accept terms.
- Click Learning resources.
- Click Software.
- Search for needed software.
- Click needed software in search results.
- Click Download to obtain software installer.
- Click View Key to obtain Product key needed for software.
Installing Software
- Once downloaded, open software installer.
- Click Open.
- Double-click Setup. Installer will run.
- Once installed, click Close.
- Open installed application.
- You will be prompted to enter an Office product key. Paste the key from Step 8 above and click Activate Office.
- Close software and restart your machine before using any other Microsoft software.
Note: You must fully restart your machine after activating your product key. Microsoft Project and Visio can interfere with other Microsoft 365 applications if you do not.
