How do I request access to the InfoView data and report system?
Environment
Resolution
All WKU faculty and staff automatically receive general InfoView access. Users must login to the WKU VPN prior to accessing InfoView.
If you need additional access (such as to a restricted or secure folder within InfoView), please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
Note: There is an InfoView course available through self-enrollment via Blackboard.
