About

The Service Catalog is a convenient way to request services without having to contact the ITS Service Desk. Through the Service Catalog you are able to make requests, check the status of your outstanding requests, and communicate with technicians working on your requests by commenting on them.

Searching for Requests

The Service Catalog has a search feature that allows you to search for specific types of requests. For more information about searching the Service Catalog please click here.

 

Submitting a Request

When you need help you can submit requests through the Service Catalog without having to contact the ITS Service Desk. These requests are routed to the areas of ITS that handle the type of request. For more information about submitting requests please click here.

 

Checking Status of Requests

The Home Tab in the Client Portal allows you to check the status of your requests. You can also comment on these requests to communicate with technicians working on your requests. For more information about checking the status of your requests please click here.
