Downloading an Attachment

How do I download a file that was attached to a ticket?

Environment

  • TeamDynamix Client Portal

Resolution

  1. Log into the Client Portal.
  2. Click Services.
  3. Click Ticket Requests.
  4. By default, only tickets with the status NewIn Process, or On Hold, will be displayed.
    1. To view tickets that have any other status, such as Closed, click on the Status Class select box and choose [Select all].
    2. Click Search.
  5. Click the Title of the ticket with the attachment.
  6. Click on the File Name to start the download.
