Issue/Question
When I try to log in to the Online Interlibrary Loan system, I receive error:
Your credentials are incorrect.
Environment
Cause
This message indicates that you have entered the wrong login credentials or your NetID is not active.
Resolution
Please use the Manage My WKU Accounts page to verify you have an active NetID, that you are using the correct NetID, and reset your password, if necessary.
