Receiving Error Exceeded the Limit of Parking Passes

Issue/Question

I attempted to purchase a parking pass, but did not complete the checkout, when I try again, it says I have exceeded the limit of parking passes.

Cause

The session was interrupted and needs to be cleared before a new purchase can be initiated.

Resolution

Sessions clear after 15 minutes of inactivity. Please sign out of the PTS page and try again after 15 minutes.
