How to use Zoom's Voice Recorder with AI Companion on the Zoom mobile app

Resolution
Create Recordings
- Open Zoom mobile app.
- Tap Record.
- If a verification dialog appears, tap Continue.
Note: The recording will begin immediately if there are no active or upcoming calendar events in the next 15 minutes. If you do have an upcoming calendar event, you can select from an existing event or tap New recording, then Start recording.
- Create your recording. While recording, you may:
- Tap Pause to pause recording, or tap Resume to continue recording.
- Tap upper-right icon to edit recording title or change caption language.
- Tap Delete & Delete recording to immediately delete the recording.
- Tap Done & End recording to stop recording & save.
Access Recordings
- Navigate to Zoom via wku.zoom.us.
- Click Sign in.
- Sign in using your WKU Email Address and password.
- You may be prompted to authenticate using Microsoft Authenticator.
- In the navigation menu to the left, click Recordings & Transcripts.
- Voice recordings will populate within the Cloud Recordings tab.
- Sign into Zoom mobile app.
- From Home, tap the name of the recording.
- Tap Play button to play the recording.
- Tap Full Transcript to view full recording transcript.
- Open Zoom Workplace.
- Click SSO.
Note: You must click SSO to access your WKU-licensed Zoom account. Do not input your credentials on initial log in screen.
- Type wku in the company domain box.
- Click Continue.
- Click Open Zoom Meetings.
- Click the name of the recording to view participants, the generated summary, replay transcript, & delete the recording.
