Change Mailing List Administrator

Issue/Question

How do I change the administrator of a list server mailing list (@lists.wku.edu)?

Resolution

  1. Login to mailing list administrative interface at http://lists.wku.edu/mailman/admin/[list_name], where [list_name] is the name of your mailing list.
    Note: Your mailing list name is the part of the email address before the @ symbol (ex., mylist would be the name of mylist@lists.wku.edu).
  2. Scroll to General List Personality section.
  3. Change email addresses in text box next to The list administrator email addresses section to desired list administrator's email addresses.  Multiple list administrators are allowed.
  4. Click Submit Your Changes.
