Logging in to TOPDollar

How do I login to TOPDollar?

Resolution

 Note: You must first apply to WKU and have already received confirmation of your acceptance in order to proceed. If you have not applied, or have not received confirmation, please visit www.wku.edu/apply.

  1. Go to the TOPDollar site.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Click Sign In With Your Institution.
  4. Enter your TopperMail.
    Note: If you do not know your TopperMail, you can look it up here.
  5. Enter your NetID/TopperMail Password.
    Note: If you do not know your NetID/TopperMail password, you can set it here.
  6. Authenticate using the Microsoft's Authentication system.
    Note: If you have not set up the Microsoft Authenticator yet, click here to find out how to do so.
  7. You should now be able to log in to TOPDollar.
     Note:
    • If you get a Login Failed! error message please contact the ITS Service Desk
    • If you get any other error message please contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance at 270-745-2755 or email scholarships@wku.edu.
