Accessing the Housing Portal

How do I log into the WKU Housing Portal and apply for housing?

Resolution

Please wait 24 hours after being accepted to WKU before trying to access the Housing Portal.
  1. First time users need the Microsoft Authenticator app for multi-factor authentication. 
  2. Browse to my.wku.edu. 
  3. Click Sign In in upper right corner. 
  4. Login with your WKU Account credentials (TopperMail email address, password, and Microsoft Authenticator verification code).
  5. Click Housing Portal.
  6. Click Apply for Housing. 
  7. Select correct academic year.
  8. Click Continue. 
  9. Complete application. 
If student is under age 18 at time of application, a parent/guardian signature is required to accept application and contract. A link to a parent proxy form will be emailed to parent/guardian to complete. Once signed, student can return to application and pay application fee.
