Tuition Waiver Form Error

Issue/Question

Nothing happens when I click the Validate button even though I entered in my WKUID under the Employee Information section.

Environment

  • E-Signature Forms

Cause

The user is not filling out all required fields such as WKUID, Semester, and Year.

Resolution

  1. Enter in WKUID under Employee Information Section.
  2. Indicate applicable semester using the Semester: drop-down field under the Course Information section.
  3. Enter in applicable year in the Year: field located under the Course Information Section.
  4. Click the Validate button.
