How do I reformat my USB drive?

Please click your Operating System below for instructions on reformatting your USB drive.
- Click File Explorer.
- Click the next to This PC.
- Right-click the USB flash drive.
- Click Format...
- Select which file system to format the drive as. If the format is selected as ExFAT then it will be usable on Mac and Windows.
- Uncheck the Quick Format box.
- Select Start.
- Open the Applications folder.
- Open the Utilities folder.
- Open Disk Utility.
- Select the drive you wish to format from the list.
- Click Erase.
- Select the options and format you want for the drive. If the format is selected as ExFAT then it will be usable on Mac and Windows.
- Click erase.
