Viewing a New Instance of a Report

Issue/Question

When I click on a report in InfoView, it doesn't give me the option to enter any parameters.

Cause

If multiple instances of a Crystal Report exist, double-clicking on the report may cause the latest instance of the report to appear.

Resolution

1. Right-click on the desired report.
2. Select View.
3. Enter desired parameters and click OK.
