How do I change the name on my diploma?
Cause
I've had a legal name change and would like my diploma to reflect this.
Resolution
Current Students
Visit the Office of the Registrar's Forms for Students page and fill out the Diploma Name Change form.
Alumni
Name changes will be processed for currently enrolled students only. If a diploma has already been printed, it will not be reissued with a different name, even with a legal name change.
