Enabling Always Show Scrollbar

Issue/Question

I can't click on the hidden scroll bar, is there a way I can always show the full bar?

Environment

• Windows 11

Resolution

1. Open Settings
2. Click Accessibility 
3. In the Accessibility Menu, click Visual Effects
4. Toggle Always Show Scrollbars to On .
