Troubleshooting Report Links (PDF)

Issue/Question

When clicking a link to load a report in PDF format, I receive an error similar to the following:

This site can't be reached

The webpage at https://reports.wku.edu/... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Environment

  • TopNet
  • Banner Finance Reports
  • Activity Engagement
  • Application for Graduation

Resolution

Some browser extensions, such as the Adobe Acrobat extension, can interfere with how reports in PDF format load. Disable or uninstall the problematic extension and reopen the report link. Alternatively, you can use a different browser that does not have the conflicting extension installed.
