How do I make a new page without having to have an extension? (e.g. example.com/sample instead of example.com/sample.php)

This can be accomplished by creating a folder in Web CMS for the site by creating a sub folder for the site, and creating the page named index.pcf inside that folder for the site.
The folder should be representative of the desired URL structure. For example: wku.edu/registrar/newpagenamehere
