Checking Status of Requests


How do I check the status of my submitted Service Catalog requests?



You can check the status of Service Catalog requests that you submit.

Method 1

For this method you have to have the My Submitted Tickets on your Home Tab. If you need to add it, click here for the instructions.
  1. Click Home.
  2. Under My Submitted Tickets you should see your submitted tickets.
  3. Click the ticket you want to check the status of.

Method 2

  1. Click Services.
  2. Click Ticket Requests.
  3. Click Status Class.
  4. Check Select All.
  5. Click Search.
  6. All of your submitted tickets will now appear. If you want to narrow your results you can go back to step 4 and only select the statuses you want.
