Every user of the Client Portal has a profile. You can add a picture of yourself, update your alert email, and contact information.
Features
Viewing your Profile
To view your profile click your name and then click My Profile. You will now see all of the contact information the IT Division has on file for you.
Editing your Profile
You are able to edit your profile. When viewing your profile click Edit. Feel free to update your contact information on file at any time.
Note: Your Alert Email is where ticket request notifications from IT are sent.
Uploading a Profile Picture
