Issue/Question
When navigating through TopNet, the web browser's back button may not go to the previous page.
Resolution
Using the browser tab's history menu, normally found through or near the Back button, the previous page should be accessible. However, WKU IT discourages the use of the Back button while navigating TopNet, as it is not always able to process searches properly. The recommended method is to use either the corresponding tab at the top of the page or to use the "Return to Menu" link in the top right corner of the page, when available.
