How do I configure an application to launch the window size normally, minimized, or maximized?
Environment
- Windows 7
- Windows 8.x
- Windows 10
Resolution
Most applications will have an associated shortcut created for easy access from the desktop. If the size of the window is not satisfactory, you can specify a different size by changing the setting in the shortcut.
- Locate the shortcut, typically on the desktop, right-click and select properties.
- Select the Shortcut tab.
