Navigate to the document you're attempting to comment on.
Place your cursor inside the text where you want to add the comment.
Click
Insert
in the ribbon at the top of the page.
Click
Comment
.
Note:
You can also use the keyboard shortcut

.
Type out your comment and click
Comment
at the bottom of the text box to save the comment.
