Adding or Deleting Activity Code on SGSTDN Screen

Issue/Question

How do I add or delete an activity code in the SGASTDN screen?

Never Add or Delete an Activity Code that is not within your department.

Add Activity Code

Log into Banner.
Type SGASTDN.
Press Enter.
Type student's WKU ID.
Click Go.
Click Activities tab on top menu bar.
Click Insert to add code.
On blank line type desired Term and Activity Code.
Note: Description populates based on Activity Code.

Term and Activity Codes are the year plus ending semester code (ex., Fall 2024 is 202430).

Tab to Activity Code and type code.
Note: Click ellipsis (. . .) to locate code, if unknown.
Click Save or press F10.

Delete Activity Code
