How do I add or delete an activity code in the SGASTDN screen?
Environment
Resolution
Never Add or Delete an Activity Code that is not within your department.
- Log into Banner.
- Type
SGASTDN.
- Press Enter.
- Type student's WKU ID.
- Click Go.
- Click Activities tab on top menu bar.
- Click Insert to add code.
- On blank line type desired Term and Activity Code.
Note: Description populates based on Activity Code.
Term and Activity Codes are the year plus ending semester code (ex., Fall 2024 is 202430).
- Winter Term Code = 05
- Spring Term Code = 10
- Summer Term Code = 20
- Fall Term Code = 30
- Tab to Activity Code and type code.
Note: Click ellipsis (. . .) to locate code, if unknown.
- Click Save or press F10.
- Log into Banner.
- Type
SGASTDN.
- Press Enter.
- Type student's WKU ID.
- Click Activity Code line you wish to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click Save or press F10.
