There are a number of registration holds that can be applied to a student account. What does my hold mean?

Holds that prevent registration are applied to student accounts by different departments for various reasons.
Resolution
Billing Holds
Holds related to student billing. Contact Office of Student Billing & Account Services at 270-745-6381 for assistance with lifting these holds.
- Past Due Balance
- Registration Hold Balance
- Past Due - Allow Registration
TOP Holds
Holds related to Topper Orientation Program (TOP). This hold will be removed when you attend TOP. For more information, contact TOP Office at 270-745-4242.
- Fall TOP Hold
- Spring TOP Hold
Advisor Holds
Holds related to Academic Advising. These holds can only be removed by contacting your advisor or Academic Advising Office at 270-745-5065.
