Issue/Question
There are only a couple pages of documents under a Public Folder in InfoView when there should be more pages available. Why are these pages missing? I need to access documents typically located on these missing pages.
Cause
InfoView has not updated the max number of recent page additions for a specific public folder.
Resolution
Click on the next icon (sideways triangle) in the upper-right hand side of the public folder. InfoView will initiate a page index update and change the max amount of pages that are accessible. This will allow the user to navigate to the intended pages of a public folder.
