I have deleted a folder, can I get it back?

Unfortunately, you cannot recover a deleted folder. If it happens to be an Add-On folder (staff, news or calendar) then Web CMS administrators can recreate it for you. This is why it is highly recommended to recycle the files under a folder before deleting the folder. If this is done, you can restore the files. If you delete a folder without recycling the files under it, the files are not recoverable.
