Requesting A Degree Validation Letter in TopNet

Issue/Question

How can I prove that I was awarded a degree from WKU without having a transcript?

Resolution

Only active Students, Faculty, and Staff can access TopNet. If you are inactive, contact the Registrar for assistance.
  1. Log into TopNet.
  2. Click Student Services.
  3. Click Student Records.
  4. Click Degree Verification Letter.
  5. Click on the hyperlink Degree Verification Letter.
    Note: This file can be downloaded and/or printed if needed in physical form.
