How do pre-1990 alumni reset their TopperMail password?

Resolution

If you do not remember your old password, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
  1. Navigate to Microsoft My Sign-Ins and log in.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Click Security Info.
  4. Click Change beside Password.
  5. Fill new password in the first field.
  6. Fill new password in the confirmation field.
  7. Click Submit.
