Opening SPSS

I have installed SPSS. How do I open/use it?

Resolution

When installing SPSS, a shortcut should be created for it in the Start Menu. If it cannot be located you can manually create a desktop shortcut:

1. Open Computer.
2. Navigate to C:\program files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\22\ or C:\program files (x86)\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\22\.
3. Right-click stats or stats.exe.
4. Select Copy.
5. Right-click on the Desktop.
6. Select Paste Shortcut.
