Whenever I try to open Firefox is does not load up?

Cause

The Firefox process is still running in the background preventing it from loading.

Resolution

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and select Start Task Manager.
2. Select the Processes tab.
3. Select firefox.exe *32.
4. Click End Process.
5. Click End Process to confirm ending it.
6. Close the Task Manager.
7. Click Firefox icon.
