Can I create or use a site for testing features and layouts?

Resolution

Rather than having a custom site created, it is easier to create a new folder on the site you already manage:

  1. Access your site's URL.
  2. Click Last Modified.
  3. Login with your NetID and password.
  4. Click Pages.
  5. Click New.
  6. Select Create New Folder.
  7. Name it, using only lowercase letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens.
  8. Click Create.
  9. Click the new folder's name.
  10. Click New.
  11. Select the desired page type.
  12. Edit the title, name, etc., as desired.
  13. Enter the Filename as index.pcf if you want to display the page automatically when accessing the new subfolder on your site.
