Issue/Question
When I try visiting a webpage in Firefox, I receive an error message:
An error occurred during a connection to [the website]. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)
Cause
Mozilla Firefox has identified a vulnerability on websites that use a certain type of encryption. As a precaution, Firefox prevents access to the website.
Resolution
Mozilla recommends contacting the company that maintains the website to update their encryption method. For the mean time, an alternate browser, such as Internet Explorer or Safari can be used.
