Giving Access to Staff Directory Add-On

How do I give someone access to update the Staff Directory on my website?

Environment

  • OU Add-Ons

Resolution

The Main Site Contact can give anyone access to the Staff Directory Add-On. The individual does not have to complete OU Campus training in order to access OU Add-Ons. To add someone to a Staff Directory Add-On the Main Site Contact should follow these steps:

  1. Log into OU Add-Ons.
  2. Click Sites.
  3. Click View Your Sites.
  4. Click the Page   icon in the Action column next to the site for which you want to give permissions.
  5. Click Administration.
  6. Click Modify Users.
  7. Click Add User.
  8. Enter in the person's WKU email (Exchange or TopperMail) in the Email box.
  9. Under Add-On Access, check the Staff Add-On.
  10. Click Add User.
