Adobe Acrobat Pro Not Opening

When I try to access a PDF or Adobe Acrobat Pro directly, nothing opens.

  • Windows
    • Adobe Acrobat Pro

If you have another Adobe Creative Suite (CS) application, you can deactivate Acrobat. If you do not have another CS application, Acrobat will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

  1. Start up another CS application such as Photoshop.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select Deactivate.

  5. Close any open CS products.
  6. Open Acrobat Pro.
  7. The program will be in trial mode.
  8. Enter in your serial number to activate the product.
  9. Acrobat Pro should now open and allow you to use the application.

  2. Select Control Panel
  3. Select Add or Remove Programs
