Issue/Question
Only a blank page is displayed when clicking My Grades.
Environment
Cause
The instructor has created a blank content area named My Grades or linked to the incorrect page.
Resolution
Contact the course instructor to have the link corrected. Only instructors can make changes to course content.
Students may also navigate to My Grades by clicking Tools and then My Grades if the link is available. If this link is also not available, contact the instructor.
