How can I block a phone number from calling me?
Resolution
If your WKU extension is experiencing persistent, fraudulent, or spam calls, you may request that the calling phone number be blocked. Blocking a phone number will restrict the phone number from calling all WKU extensions. Phone number blocks are only implemented for 30 days. If calls continue after 30 days, the duration of the block may be reevaluated.
