I have a question/concern pertaining to the WKU ITS-operated firewall.
Resolution
In most cases, the WKU firewall does not affect connections/devices directly, and any problems that are occurring are likely due to other factors. In rare cases that the problem pertains directly to the firewall, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
