Making Blackboard Journals Viewable Only To Author

How do I make a Blackboard journal only viewable to the author so other students cannot see it? 

Environment

• Blackboard

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Blackboard Journal in question. 
2. Click the title of the Blackboard Journal.
3. Click the downward chevron  next to the journal name.
4. Select Edit. 
5. Uncheck  the box to Permit Course Users to View Journal under Journal Settings. 
6. Click Submit.
