How do I send an E-Signature form?

WKU E-Signature Forms
Resolution
Find the form you wish to send.
Fill out the form as needed.
In the
Send to email address
field, enter the recipient's email address.
Note:
Recipient must be an
@WKU.edu
address.
Click
Send
.
