Sending an E-Signature Form

How do I send an E-Signature form?

Environment

  • WKU E-Signature Forms

Resolution

  1. Find the form you wish to send.
  2. Fill out the form as needed.
  3. In the Send to email address field, enter the recipient's email address. 
    Note: Recipient must be an @WKU.edu address.
  4. Click Send.
