Using the WKU Theme on a Qualtrics Survey

How do I make my Qualtrics survey have the WKU look and feel?

• Qualtrics

Resolution

1. Log into Qualtrics at wku.qualtrics.com.
2. Click on Projects at the top right.
3. Identify the appropriate survey and click to edit.
4. From the second menu bar select Look & Feel.
5. Under Dynamic Themes, make sure that Western Kentucky University is selected in the dropdown.
6. Click the theme WKU - Official to apply it. A checkmark will appear on top of the preview image.
7. Click Save.
