Add a Carousel Gallery to the Top of a Page

Issue/Question

How do I enable the Image Gallery region at the top of a page and add a gallery?

Environment

  • Omni CMS

Resolution

The Grid Style Gallery Option is not compatible with this content region. All galleries in this area will be displayed as carousels (slider).
  1. Navigate to the page you want the gallery on.
  2. Click Properties in the tool bar. 
  3. The Page Parameters window will open, under Page Content locate Image Slider Region. Set to On.
  4. Click Save. 
  5. Click Edit in the tool bar, a new WYSIWYG region will appear on the page titled Edit Slider Asset. 
  6. Click Edit Slider Asset, the Select Asset window will open.
  7. Select the Image Gallery asset created earlier, click insert. 
  8. The image asset is now set as the top page slider. 
  9. Save the page and publish as needed.
