How do I create, view, or edit Scheduled Posts on Microsoft Viva Engage?

Create Scheduled Post
- Sign in to Microsoft Viva Engage.
- Navigate to the community or group where you want to post.
- Type in post composer box.
- Compose post content including text, images, or attachments.
- Click the dropdown arrow () next to Post button.
- Select Schedule post.
- Select desired date and time to publish.
- Click Schedule.
View and Edit Scheduled Post
- Click ellipsis () next to your name in upper left.
- Click Drafts and scheduled.
- Find scheduled post you want to view or edit.
- Click scheduled post to open its details.
- Click Edit.
- Make necessary changes to post or scheduled date/time.
- Click Save.
- If you want to cancel scheduled post, select Delete or Cancel scheduling.
