Issue/Question

How do I create, view, or edit Scheduled Posts on Microsoft Viva Engage?

Resolution

Create Scheduled Post

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Viva Engage.
  2. Navigate to the community or group where you want to post.
  3. Type in post composer box.
  4. Compose post content including text, images, or attachments.
  5. Click the dropdown arrow () next to Post button.
  6. Select Schedule post.
  7. Select desired date and time to publish.
  8. Click Schedule.

View and Edit Scheduled Post

  1. Click ellipsis () next to your name in upper left.
  2. Click Drafts and scheduled.
  3. Find scheduled post you want to view or edit.
  4. Click scheduled post to open its details.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Make necessary changes to post or scheduled date/time.
  7. Click Save.
  8. If you want to cancel scheduled post, select Delete or Cancel scheduling.
