Checking Call History (Cisco Phone)

Issue/Question

How do I view my call history on my physical desk phone?

Environment

  • Cisco Phone 8845
  • Cisco Phone 8945

Resolution

  1. Press Applications button.
  2. Press Call History or Recents.
    Note: Only the last 150 calls display.
  3. To dial a number from call history:
    1. Scroll by pressing down button to search for call.
    2. Press Select button in Navigation pad or Call softkey.
  4. To view details on call:
    1. Highlight call.
    2. Press softkey More.
    3. Press softkey Details.
