Why would I request this service?
This service should only be requested for those who have already completed Banner training and have access to Banner currently. This service is for those that would like additional training on Ellucian System's Banner. To request access to Banner please click
this link and complete
that request.
Note: You will need to first create an Ellucian account using your WKU email address, please complete that at this page.
Note: You will only have 60 days to complete the Ellucian training. After 60 days your account will be removed from the Ellucian training.
Who can request this service?
What happens after I submit the request?
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU ITS staff will follow-up with your question or issue.
