WKU ITS recommends using a wired connection to get the best network connection experience.

Wired Connection

  1. Plug in the ethernet cable into your player and into the network port on the wall. You should receive an internet connection.
  2. If you are unable to get an internet connection, restart your player.
  3. If you are still unable to get an internet connection, please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.

Wi-Fi Connection

  1. Select WKU-WIRELESS from your Network Settings.
  2. You should now be connected to WKU-WIRELESS. If you are still unable to use the wireless network successfully please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.
